Whether you’re new to our school or a longtime Christenberry Elementary School family, we want to provide the resources you need to achieve success.

This is a central hub for students and families to easily access information for navigating the school and school day, including enrollment, student handbooks, information about schedules, extra curricular activities, and more!                   

Lunchtime Funtime

Enrollment

Christenberry Elementary School serves students in Pre-K through 5th grades.

Students who are zoned for Christenberry are automatically enrolled for the following school year. Pre-K and K students must enroll through the office.

Enrollment for students who are new to the districts must be completed in person by a parent or legal guardian.

Makerspace Time

Daily Schedule

At Christenberry Elementary, the school day begins at 7:45 a.m. and ends at 2:45 p.m. on regular school days.

On student half days or early release days, school begins at 7:45 and ends at 11:15. Lunch is not served on these days.

Students must attend for at least 3.5 hours to be counted present for the day.

Student Supports

The entire staff of Christenberry Elementary School is committed to establishing an atmosphere in which children will feel safe, secure, and happy so they maximize their opportunities to learn and achieve. The school has trained counselors and social workers on staff.

Extracurricular Activities

Christenberry Elementary offers several after school and extracurricular opportunities. Through these clubs and others, students have the opportunity to expand their classroom learning, get to know peers with similar interests, and explore new skills.

Robot Maker

Library / Media Center

Our library is a hub for student learning, reading, and discovery. Students especially enjoy the special maker space classes. In addition to the school library, teachers may maintain individual collections of age-appropriate books in their classrooms to support literacy and foster a love of reading.
